About Us
Nerfun is the first and original mobile Nerf War Party operation in New Zealand. It was founded by Fitzgerald, someone who is very passionate about... having fun! He always loved paint balling and thought there was nothing out there to cater for the younger age groups. He realised that Nerf had been a popular toy with children and even adults. So after doing some research, he decided to launch Nerfun in 2013, a mobile Nerf war party operation and the first of its kind in New Zealand. If you need an idea for a birthday party or even a corporate event, look no further!
Nerfun also offers other services such as mobile Laser Strike (Laser Tag), Video Package (1st person action footage!), Party Packs and Battle Ration (food) so you can relax, put your feet up and enjoy your party!
Fitzgerald has had an interesting time shared with some better-known customers such as Angela Bloomfield, who played Rachel McKenna in Shortland Street; Jerome Kaino, a former All Black, to celebrate his son's birthday; Simon and Creghan Molloy-Wright, the original owners of a top Auckland restaurant, The French Cafe, which had been voted by users of Trip Advisor as the best restaurant in New Zealand and the South Pacific and fourth in the world. Fitzgerald was also invited to provide equipment by TV3 for a Jono and Ben show skit because their guest star, Justin Bieber, is known to love Nerf battles! Nerfun's Laser Strike guns were also used by Bigpipe Broadband for their Armageddon stand in 2016. Our other customers include Spark Arena (formerly Vector Arena), The Trusts Arena, sKids, Pakuranga Plaza, Kelly Club, Canteen New Zealand and YMCA to name but a few.
Nerfun is currently based in Auckland. We are a mobile operation so we come to you or your preferred location.

Inflatable bunkers/barricades can be deployed for tactical cover.
Nerf gear is also provided, including the Nerf blasters, bullets/darts, Nerf team bands, cones, flags and protective glasses/goggles.

Laser Strike
As well as Nerf, Laser Strike is sure a fun way to blast your enemies, especially at night or in low-light environments where you can see the awesome lights on the guns. You can also hear the cool sound effects.
Play with one of three different cool Laser Strike guns! Each one is equipped with all sorts of goodies such as a selection of different weapons types, a health indicator, a shield button, sensors (so you don't have to put on one of those bulky vests) and more. Play with the Intelligent Targeting System (I.T.S.). They light up when they get shot and have three different functions: a sentry/turret, a medic or a bomb.
