How to Book

To book, you can do one of the following:

  • send us an email at party@nerfun.co.nz

  • fill out the contact form

  • call us on 0800 NERFUN (0800 637 386)

  • book online by using the scheduler below (may not be available if you are using a mobile device)
     

IMPORTANT: Please note that by booking your party with us, you agree with our terms and conditions which you can read here.

 

You can check to see if a time slot is still available. If you pick a date and find that the time you wish to book is not available, that means we are booked for that time slot. If the whole day is crossed out, it means that we are fully booked for that day. However, you are more than welcome to check with us to see if we can still fit you in on your preferred date.

 
How to use the scheduler:
1. Pick a date.


2. Pick your preferred time slot(s). Note that each time slot is automatically set for a 2-hour duration. For example, if you are booking for a 10 am session, you don't need to select 10 am through to 12 pm. The system will automatically allocate 2 hours. If you don't find a suitable time at first, please check back later by refreshing your web browser or by contacting us.


3. Leave your details and please remember to include the following information:

- your address or general location of your party

- approximate number of players

- whether you would like Nerf or Laser Strike or both

- whether you would like any of the Add-On packages, and if so, please specify

- where you heard about us from (a friend told you, through search engine eg Google, Facebook, etc)

To avoid disappointment, please book at least 14 days in advance. Please note that your booking will be confirmed once a deposit of $100 has been made. Balance is payable a few days prior to game date. You can do a bank transfer to our bank account.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the booked date , payment will be 100% refunded.

If you cancel 6 to 3 days prior to the booked date, payment will be 50% refunded.

If you cancel within 3 days of the booked date, there will be no refund.

If we have to cancel for any reason, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date. If you decide not to take up on the offer, you will receive 100% refund.

 

In an event of extremely bad weather, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date from the booked time slot. If a date can not be agreed upon, we will refund 80% of payment.
